SMS Notification Programs

EISengineering, LLC operates an SMS text-message notification program that delivers system and operational alerts to enrolled users. This page describes the program, how end users consent to receive messages, and how to opt out.

SMS notifications (optional)

Choose whether to receive SMS notifications. Neither option is pre-selected — please make a deliberate choice.

For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. These policies apply to your use of the website whether or not you sign up for SMS.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. EISengineering staff and designated contacts may also be enrolled by an administrator using this same consent language during onboarding.

EISengineering Operations Notifications

This program sends business-operations notifications — system status alerts, task and workflow updates, and approval requests — from EISengineering's internal operations and automation platform to EISengineering staff and designated contacts.

How users consent: staff and designated contacts provide their mobile phone number and consent during onboarding to EISengineering's operations platform; consent is recorded in the platform's account configuration. Consent is not a condition of employment or purchase.

Message frequency, rates, and opt-out

• Message frequency varies based on the alert conditions and notifications applicable to your account or equipment.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time; one final confirmation message will be sent.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or contact greg@eisengineering.com.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
